"I ordered a refurb with a free pointer, seemed to be a good deal!
When i placed the order the freebie was not on the confirmation. Had to call customer service. A week went by, i had heard nothing so I called,,, they had sold the model but had another so i took the offer. 10 minutes later they called back,,, a different person said that was gone too but I could talk to a sales rep and buy another, and no the offer for a free pointer was not good anymore.
