"I cancelled the order because of restrictions of one of the detectors i ordered could not be sold to Australia. The detector was a Bounty 505. I ordered this additional detector after i made a phone call to your call center and spoke with one of your experts. It was the detector he recommend as my second detector. i also ordered a Garrett gold pro. If you cannot supply the bounty and a number of others to Australia then he should have known that and your web site should tell the customer that.
The other issue was i paid for the order with my master debit card and I find at a later date when George emailed me that you only except Paypal. I expect that should also be advised on your website.

"Two weeks ago I bought a pin pointer. It was great. Then I emailed about a hip mount for my detector. After two emails and no response, I gave it up. Just wanted to know if it would fit my control box before I spent the money on something that may not even work. I am not happy."
