"I am very happy with the metal detector. However, it was making a beeping noise (detecting metal alert) when the package was delivered. I do not know how the detector powered on in transit as my father's secretary had to open it and take it out of it's packaging to shut it off before he made it back to the office. Aside from the metal detector turning on before being delivered, we are very happy with the equipment. "

I ordered this early Wednesday morning before Fathers Day thinking no problem. When the gift hadnt come by Sat. late afternoon, I called your company who knew right away I wouldn't get it until Monday!!! I said why did I pay the highest rate then? I do not believe it was clear when I ordered it that I wouldn't get it until AFTER Fathers Day. God Bless Fed Ex. They felt so bad for me, they opened all their crates for me looking for the package. "There was no advice on the website that metal detectors could not be shipped to Australia.
It seems rather ridiculous to let me go to all the trouble of picking from your stock, putting in the purchase order, registering for pay pal because the website does advise that overseas purchases must be paid for by pay pal, then paying shipment only to find that they won't ship outside the US. Why take orders from outside the US if that is the case."
