"I ordered an item the first week of June. As soon as I placed the order I immediately received an email stating that the item was on backorder. Nowhere during the purchasing process did it imply that they had none of these items in stock. It's now June 28th (3 weeks later) and I still do not have the item. I've emailed a few times and have been told that they shipped from the factory where they're made but Kellyco still hasn't received the shipment. I can understand when an item is backordered that it may take additional time but when the Kellyco rep tells me that the factory shipped the items but Kellyco themselves doesn't even know when they're going to be there. It's been 3 weeks since the Kellyco rep was told it had shipped. I think it's absurd. Once I receive the item it will be the last purchase I make from them. "
