"I live in England, and was sold a faulty super wand over the net from their shop in Florida, when i spoke to them on the phone, they told me to speak to garrett in texas, who then put me in touch with a company in England that fixes garrett detectors, I was told by the shop in England that the guarantee is only valid in the country of purchase, so after spending a lot of money on equipment that didn't work, i am now left with a bill for repairs"

"have not received the item I ordered, have not gotten any feedback on when I will get my item, can not find the order on the website.
update: have heard from the company, so I am happy with that, wish I had a better idea of when it would get here but I guess that is hard to say if the item is coming from Bulgaria. Over all we are very happy with our metal detector (Whites) and wanted a new coil for it. So I am upgrading my review and will let you know how the new coil works for us when I get it. Thank you Kellyco for getting back to me I appreciate it.

"Shipping was slow first I was told the unit was going to be BO when I called to complain you shipped it out you took the $600 out of my account by the way. And it took over two weeks to get my second order had to call about that order also it was real late order was found setting on a desk no one knows why."

"i paid the extra to get the A new coil 2nd day air to make our trip. They have a full day as they put it to approve your order ?
Has nothing to do the payment they withdraw the moment you order. Then i recieve the new coil and it dose not work, i send a message thru the web site to have a rep call me and still have never heard back so i have $258.00 of worthless Kellyco experaince. One other fine detail the cover that shows included for the F 70 coil upgrade i purchased never came in he box either, do your self a favor and purchase from some one else..

"I ordered a coil from Kellyco and have yet to receive an update to my order. I have requested an update in two emails. I'm also upset that I wasn't notified during the ordering process, that my product is out of stock. Even more upsetting is that I still have no idea when my order will be fulfilled. How long do you expect customers to wait?
