"i ordered head phones and 5-8 inch coil on 5-24-14 with no mention of anything being back ordered, the next tuesday received conformation of shipping on head phones,with no mention of a back order,i thought it was a mistake. i received only the head phones immediately called customer service,they said the coil was back ordered and would be here within the week,one week passed without shipping conformation. called customer service again and i told them my information and what was missing,i was told that they did not know when the order was going to come in, i let them know i was dissatisfied with not being told that at any time the coil was on back order when i ordered it and that i would have ordered it elsewhere had i known,was rudely told that i could just get my money back. i told them NO,i just wanted the coil or an estimated time. the customer service rep said he would call that following Monday and let me know when the coil would be in,never received a call from said rep,i waited another full business week until i finally received a shipping conformation. so,i am satisfied that i am finally getting my coil but dissatisfied with the lack of back order communication and will not be ordering any further from Kelly Co. and will not recommend your services.
