"Researched and order unit online, once unit arrived it was cheaply made and so heavy it made my back hurt just holding it in my hand. I noticed a sticker inside the batter case that said "Made in China" and was a little surprised - not too much after noticing how poor the construction. Tried to send the unit back - was told since I had ordered and scratch and dent that it was not returnable. I don't understand how you classify a brand new unit as scratch or dent - I also was amazed that it had a retail price of $699 - it is truly junk in my opinion. I will not recommend this company nor give them any of my business."
