"I placed an order online and paid extra for 2nd day shipping. A Kellyco customer service employee called to inform me that that their standard shipping service would get my order to me in the same amount of time and that they would credit back to my account the 2nd day shipping charge. I really appreciated that level of customer service. They actually went out of their way to save me money.
That is just outstanding customer service!

"I don't know why you sent me an e-mail asking me about my recent purchase, my purchase was canceled by Kellyco when I would not read my credit card number over the phone.I bought a metal detector over the internet and the next day I received an e-mail saying there was a problem with my order so I called the number given. I was told that my credit card did not have a address assigned to it, my card is a visa bank card that is not really a credit card it is just a debit card and it does not show an address. I called my bank and they said the money was in some sort of holding account waiting for kellyco to take the money and if Kellyco did not then it would be put bake in my account in three days. The kellyco employee asked me for the expiration date and my address and then wanted me to read the account number and i was not willing to read my account number over my cell phone so we had to cancel the order. I don't understand any of this because if I were using a stolen card how in the world does reading the same stolen number over the phone that I had typed into your website the night before somehow indicate the card is not stolen? That is really a head scratcher for me. I didn't make a big deal about it because i know stolen numbers is a big deal and i guess your policy could have helped me avoid some headaches if the number had been stolen. So i guess i should not have said "very dissatisfied" in your survey, i just don't understand why i keep getting e-mails from you guys. If you can take my name out of your machine that would be great . Thanks"

"I purchased this detector on Kellyco's website. My package arrived in good condition with all the items described as part of the kit. It arrived quickly which was a very nice surprise.
I found the information on the website was detailed enough that I had no need to call customer service with any questions, however it probably would have been nice to call and just say Hello.
