"You guys sold me exactly what I ordered. The price was good, and the delivery was fine too. The detector, on the other hand, was not really what I expected. That has nothing to do with you folks. I should have done more homework I guess.
I'm assuming that the problems I'm having are due to my inexperience and not the fault of the detector. I just thought it would be easier to use.
For instance, I will get a reading showing a coin the size of a quarter around six inches deep. I dig down about a foot only to find a tiny scrap of metal. I thought that my detector was better at discerning scrap from silver, and maybe it is, but it sure isn't as easy as I thought. Caveat Emptor about sums it up.
Oh well, if I don't get the hang of it after a hundred hours or so I'll sell it and buy a simpler model.
