"I got tires there last fall before a trip. I was quoted an "out the door price" and then when I got there I was surprised with "oops I forgot this and that" and my tires ended up costing a bit more than I was quoted. So, saying that, they are good tires, but I didn't walk away with a good feeling about thinking I had been "baited and switched". The guy was nice enough about it and tried his best to make it right but I didn't enjoy the "surprise" at the end of my bill. (No one enjoys surprises without a bow attached to them. :-)
Saying that, I do like the tires so I'll go with that."

"Overall, service was good. The work was professional, and well done. Also, the manager and staff were courteous, professional and quick to set me up for my appointment.
The problem was that it took over an hour, even that I had an appointment and arrived 15 min. early. The delays (there were 2) were related to waiting... The first time, I asked how it was going, and was told they were waiting to put 4 tires on. However, no one had conferred with me, nor did I want to do that anyway. So, once I told them this, they said they would just perform the service. I had to ask again, about 30 min. later, and was told the car was done, parked at the front and waiting for me. Actually, when I asked, the tech turned to me, handed me the keys and that was it (I had already paid). So I left.
As I said, all in all the service was good, but took way too long, and they did not communicate with me. I would probably go back there, and talk with them about this... The service was good."

"I have been taking 3 vehicles to their Old Todds Road store in Lexington, KY since 2010. I recently added a fourth. Overall, I am very happy with routine maintenance work that I have performed here such as new tire purchase, tire inflation/rotation, oil changes, and fluid flushes. In the case of one of my vehicles, work went beyond such routine care to also include ad hoc repairs on the engine (fan replacement, coil replacement, plug replacement, etc) and undercarriage. In the case of another, they pointed out that a cracked strut was causing the severe vibrations on the front passenger side and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied overall with my many years at this location and would highly recommend."
