"I had an engine check light on my Saturn Vue AWD, and had taken the vehicle to the GMC Dealership in Dixie highway to troubleshoot the problem. The GMC dealership replaced several parts and components without my consent, and did not repair the engine check light whatsoever. I took the Saturn Vue Awd to the Ken Towery location in Shepherdsville and spoke to Brent Beyer in reference to the issue that I had with the Engine Check Light staying on, and explained exactly what had happened in the GMC dealership, and that the problem was not fixed as of yet. Brent explained exactly what he was going to do, a OBDII computer scan and troubleshoot what was causing the Engine Check Light to stay on. When I returned back to the Ken Towery location, Brent had the problem solved. And no more Engine Check Light when vehicle is on. Most of all the repair cost me a whooping $67.18. Now that's what I call a low cost repair and a honest pricing. That's what I call "TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE" at it's finest. Thank God for there still being honest repair shops in this day of age. "Staff at Old Todd's Road location in Lexington is fairly friendly and professional. I was just there for an oil change and tire rotation which they did efficiently on a Tuesday morning. They advised me of a couple of issues to be addressed but didn't pressure me to do them immediately. I have had service there before and keep them in mind when needing future service."

"The service personal were friendly, but the problem I have is the price quote online did not match what I paid at the store. This was after taxes and disposal fees, I still paid 20.00 more than what was quoted online. I also had a coupon for 9.99 oil change if I bought 4 new tires. That price is also advertised incorrectly, I paid more for the oil change also. I don't like bait and switch prices, I will not return to this store for future tires."
