I ordered my G-Shock GWX8900B-7 on Sunday (August 26) and I got to pick what I wanted for free to come with the watch so I picked a $65 pair of sunglasses (they say it is $65 but it is free so who cares). I picked the free shipping and I was disapointed because it said it would take 6-10 days to arrive. The whole order was still cheaper than anywhere else so I checked out and completed the order. Then 3 days later (today August 29) my brand new G-Shock and pair of free sunglasses arrived at my door. That is a week faster than what I expected. It has the manual and all the papers and everything. I cannot express how awesome Kenmar Watches is. Thank you so much Kenmar. I ordered on Monday at 3:30 pm, received a confirmation from the website Tuesday at 9:00 am saying my package had been shipped, and at 3:15 pm received the confirmation from FedEx. I received my watch Friday, in pristine condition, exactly what I had ordered, and with a prepaid FedEx label in case I needed to return it. I ordered two watches on separate occasions, both through shoprunner, where I'm supposed to get 2-day shipping. Almost a week later, nothing has arrived. The tracking number provided for one package doesn't even say if it was picked up or not. Customer service is quick tho to respond by email. Bought a watch for my husband, and my dad, for father's day, and father's day has come and gone For one purchase they claim they didn't know it was supposed to be 2-day shipping. "I've been saving up to buy a new watch all year, till finally Kenmar gave me 45% off list on a new Wenger Nomad. The red one often sell for 60% off list on Amazon, but the rarer green version that I wanted was hard to find for less than 30% off list. I was very grateful that Kenmar priced this watch fairly based on a markup above it's dealer cost, not more just because of the color rarity out into the end user market. They shipped the same Friday I paid, and it arrived well packed by FedEx on the following Tuesday. They were prompt with all email inquiries, and provided a tracking number so I knew when to be home to meet FedEx. "Ordered a $800 dollar watch from Kenmar. Actually kind of nice they didn't have it in stock and notified me when it was. The watch didn't work out and I had to send it back for a refund. While the price was refunded minus shipping, they didn't refund the sales tax (we are both in Michigan so through a separate transaction I paid the tax). It was very difficult to get the $50 in taxes back and finally had to file a dispute with Paypal to get it resolved. They actually claimed they "double checked" and insisted they had already refunded the tax which they hadn't. They stuck with the story even after I sent them the transaction history from Paypal I'm not sure if it was an honest mistake or not but it was enough to turn me off from using them again. "

"I recently purchased a new Citizen Eco-drive watch at an unbeatable price. After purchasing, i found this site and got nervous. Luckily, my experience with this company was nothing as decribed in this website. The shipping was quick and free. I ordered it on Monday morning and had the watch by Thursday. Even though, the watch had a problem--I think it is the manufacturer problem. One phone call to Kenmar, they sent me a label right a way to ship back the watch. "NEVER BUY FROM KENMAR WATCHES. They will give you the run around. I waited almost a month. I called every other week. I got a different story from someone every time I called. First it was the watch missed its ship date, then it was the watch is being backordered, then yes we have shipped it you should receive it on Wednesday (which was a week later) Never got it, called again they said that they no longer sold the watch I had ordered. STAY AWAY. I know we all want a deal, so I ignored all the bad feedback. But the majority of the reviews online were completely right! Kenmar watch is a horrible company. "I bought a watch from an internet store called GoldDuo.com and they happily took my money and paid to have the item shipped by USPS Priority Mail to my PO Box. Four days later I get an email telling me that they do not ship to PO Boxes (funny if your shipping via USPS that I paid for you can ship to my PO Box). They decided without talking to me to ship it FedEx to my “billing address” that I don’t live at anymore. I sent them several emails to correct this and they never responded.
I am required to inspect the item before I accept it, since it was not shipped to a place I am at it was just left by the FedEx guy and now I am stuck with it according to the GoldDuo policy. To my disbelief when I opened the shipping box, I find the watch was sent without a case, no manual, no warranty card, just a watch thrown in a cardboard shipping box. The watch looks used like it was a display. They tell you must call or email for an RMA, yet they have no phone number and do not respond to emails. They also go on to say “Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Gold Duo's Return Procedure will be breached and Gold Duo will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.” OK so they never send those items but want me to send them back?
I looked at the shipping label on the box and it said from ***-***-**** Shipping Dept. Jeffrey Inc. I googled the phone number and it comes back to Jeffrey Inc who is also Kenmar watches.
Nothing like one internet store front putting up a place for another.
I am in the process of filing a claim with PayPal since no one ever responds to my emails. Will also file complaints with the BBB and ResellerRatings.com

Kenmar did call back and gave me the run around stating the seller knew what they were buying and it was not Kenmar's fault it was not disclosed to me. They also said the (and I love this part) that the maker of a 100% Swiss Made watch DOES NOT ship any of the watches they buy in a display box (name for a regular box your watch comes in) nor do they supply any instructions or a warranty card. Kenmar really expected me to believe the watch comes from the manufacturer with NOTHING. When I asked what watch maker makes a watch and then doesn't even ship it in a box? I was told I needed to contact the seller. I told them they are liars.
Lastly I filed a claim with PayPal and it was escalated and within 45 minutes of escalating my complaint to PayPal they emailed me back with the case closed as PayPal does not handle disputes over the quality of an item.
Apparently PayPal now fully supports consumers being ripped of by scamming sellers. You can sell anything and accept PayPal and as long as you ship a rock with a tracking number PayPal will not give you a refund.
The Federal Government needs to put PayPal out of business. They only help spread the scammers of the world so they can still get a cut.
In summary, I bought what was advertised as new watch from a website, was dropped shipped a USED watch from someone else and PayPal finds all this to be perfectly acceptable and will not investigate or help me get my money back.
