"My purchase of Windows 10 Pro simply did not work. I contacted the customer service staff, and was told I would have to wait a week for them to make sure the key hadn't been used. I contacted them again, and was told my refund had been issued. I then checked my bank account, my PayPal account, and all of my credit cards, only to find no refund had been issued. I contacted them yet AGAIN, and was told by their customer "service" that I should check again. WTF? I would suggest never dealing with this sketchy company."
