I have ordered keys for softwares. At first, I had some difficulity with payment, what was caused by the new PSD2 (Revised Payment Service Directive) When the payment was refused, there was no way to try to pay the original order again, so I reordered it several times. Finally I succeded to pay and received my order, but then I could not delete the unpaied pending orders. I claimed this and the respons was that these orders are deleted. Unfortunatelly these orders are stil pending and not canceled.
