"Bought 3 keys from them so far. All of them work, were delivered very soon (within ~5 minutes) and were really cheap. I got the first one about a year ago and it still works. The website is pretty good. I have not had to contact customer support yet, so I am unable to rate that. The only thing I have a problem with is the product search. it is really hard to find what you want with the search box on the website. it is best so google "keysoff " and then what you want."
