"Got a great price on an Office 365 key, and the product installed just fine. Customer service when I had questions was OK. However, the main product I use in Office is PowerPoint, and it was unusable. It would work fine for a while, then it would either freeze up, or start acting strangely - you could select some tabs, but not others, you could move the open window around, but not select anything in the window ... I would have to quit and start again, and as a result, lost some work.
I asked for a refund after a few days and they said they were going to give me one, but never have. I decided to pay a higher price for a more reliable experience."
