"The code for Win 10 Pro did not work and they say that is my installation which a had done three times, following their instruction.
Windows do not recognize the code and that is a fact.
I Asked nicely for a refund of 10 euros and I received the typical " Is your fault" because you have to do a clean installation, and that is not mentioned in the sailing propaganda, either before paing.
I think is easier to blame the "Client" but they do not say anything that it has to be some particular way to instal it but not just changing the code in the "setting" side for the Win 10 Pro, instead as the usual way.

"I received the key quickly and found out that this was a "clean install" only situation and was not able to "upgrade" my existing system to Windows 10.
This is a little frustrating as I am not willing to wipe this system clean in order to install Windows 10.
