"The parts arrived on-time (about 4 days after I placed my order). They were the exact parts I needed and a perfect fit form my 2011 Kia Sedona (driver-side and passenger-side door locking actuators). The price was about half of what my local dealer quoted to me over the phone. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was the packaging. Each actuator was in a light-weight box, and both of those boxes were delivered in a flimsy larger outer cardboard box with no bubble-wrap or packing peanuts. All of the boxes were crushed when FEDEX delivered it. I almost had heart stoppage when I saw the package. However, neither part was damaged, and both worked perfectly after I installed them."
