"They had to order the parts from Korea. Given that the car is a 2010 Soul, i get that the parts aren't readily stocked stateside. The seller had good communication regarding what was/wasn't in stock and the timeline for getting things. The stuff ended up coming in a lil over a week early, so that was nice.
The parts were as described and fit fine - they were OEM Kia parts.
