"I need a seat switch. Using the VIN number I ordered off their website. When the part arrived it was not correct for my car. The part looked correct but the electrical plug was completely different. I asked for help and was told because it was an electrical part their policy prevents them from issuing an RMA. I offered to send them pictures of the plug showing it was impossible the part was powered up, no. It is their website identifying the incorrect part but I as a customer has to pay for their error. Be warned that they would rather stick you with a wrong part than work with you to resolve a problem with an order and create a satisfied and returning customer. I’m happy for you if it works out ordering from them but don’t trust their part number or you will quickly find out policy is more important than your satisfaction "
