They didn't have it in stock, but suggested I place the order and they would ship it out as soon as they had it in. I received it the next week before Christmas. It was exactly what I needed, the service was great and the price before shipping was half what the local Kia dealer quoted me."

"Part was shipped with no bubble wrap or foam pieces to protect it, so it arrived broken on one side. The piece I needed, however, was not damaged, so I was able to salvage that. Absolutely unacceptable that this $300.00 assembly was simply tossed into a cardboard box and sent on its merry way with no protective materials or care whatsoever. I will NOT be using this company again. If I need a specialty part like this again, I'll pay the extra $100.00 and get it brand new from the Kia dealership directly."

"I ordered parts off of this website, because I was told by a few local dealers that they did not carry parts for my 2004 Kia Rio. Once I ordered the parts which was simple enough. When I received my parts they were not all in the package. I sent them a message that week telling them my order was incomplete. I have called only to be meet with the sound of my phone hanging up, because they will not answer their phone.

If you get the wrong parts or missing parts do not expect them to return your phone call or e-mail. "
