"Recently ordered a Kia Optima part and was sent the wrong part. I contacted the dealer in Lumberton, NC, and their overstock.com person Mr. Jorge Reyes cheerfully said he would reorder the correct part and would send me a paid mailer for the wrong part to be returned. He apologized for the mistake. I really admire this professional for the way he handled the situation. He is not the one who made the mistake, but he quickly moved to correct it. This person is a man of value who does the right thing to correct the problem. He is a rare individual in this world of relative standards and political correctness. Kia Parts Overstock.com is fortunate to have him on their team and ought to give him a pay raise.

"Ordered replacement seat belt buckles, PCV and Coolant temp sender. All worked correctly. delivery was about 2 weeks (i know the buckles were special order items). I'm satisfied with the purchase."
"For a car parts dealer, the fact they openly admit it takes up to a week to ship is ridiculous. They dont tell you this however until youve ordered the part. The parts are priced lower than dealership but that doesnt matter because they will make up for it in shipping charges. A door handle component cost me $12.95 to ship, I ordered it almost a week ago and still dont have it and it still hasnt even been shipped. Why anyone would use this website more than once is beyond me, I definitely will not be. I have asked to just cancel my order but some sneaking suspicion tells me I am not going to hear back from anyone on that.
Oh by the way if you write a review dont use appropriate punctuation like apostrophes because this review system will input about 15 random characters in place of your apostrophe, rendering your review almost unreadable unless you the writer go back and edit it to remove those characters. Nice touch."
"I went through Kia Parts Overstock's online return menu as per their procedures on 4/24/14. I received an automated email message that someone would be in contact shortly. I e-mailed Kia Parts a week later on 5/1/14 after receiving no information. I've tried calling Kia Parts after receiving no e-mail responses but no one picks up and the phone rings out with no voice mail option. The phone just hangs up. This is terrible customer service and terrible return procedures. If you don't want to refund customer just state you have a final sale/no refund policy! I'm never buying from this website ever again."
"If you need Kia parts this is the place to get them!! They had the parts I couldn't find anywhere locally. Nobody had them on ebay. Thankfully I found this company. Fast shipping and very reasonably priced parts. The only issue I had is there was no estimated time as to when they would ship the parts. "Most orders ship within 2-5 days, but some special order parts may take up to 14 days." I had no idea if my parts were special order. Luckily they weren't and shipped the next day."
"I placed an order with them on 10/16 for some replacement parts for my optima. The "in stock" part order email said it might take up to 2 weeks to ship - so I emailed them asking for an ETA and if they quickly assured me it would ship by 10/21.
Fast forward to 10/30 and my order has not shipped and they haven't responded to any further. I asked them to cancel and still haven't heard back. I will have to dispute the charge if they don't refund me."
"I searched everywhere for the parts that I finally found here and they had everything I needed.I was looking for parts that are not normally purchased unless you are rebuilding a wrecked kia like I am. The site was very easy to use and they had diagrams which were very helpful because I did not know the proper name for every part.
