For the card itself the RTS function doesn't work for real (only the RTS function , the card do works) .. well I guess sometimes those things happen.. (got a weird card) but anyway they refunded it so its a misunderstanding as you can read english is not my mother's tongue too.

So if they were nice enough to refund my order and tell me to keep it anyway ,I might try them again. since I know now they care about customers. "

"Shopping at Kick Gaming is a painful process at best. They're rude and outright liars (not to mention "thieves" but that's up for debate).

I placed my order on the eleventh and received a confirmation of it shipping on the thirteenth (a Sunday...). It sounded a bit odd to me, so I checked my order status on the website. It told me that the microSD card I had ordered was now on back-order.

After sending an email asking whether my order had been shipped in part or in full, whether my microSD was back ordered or not, and several other questions, I got a response that said, "Hello! No worries. Your order has been shipped."

That was it. They ignored all of my questions save one, but that's not the best part! That email (from Kick) was sent on the twentieth of June and it was telling me that my package had indeed shipped on the thirteenth of June (again, a Sunday) BUT when I actually received the package yesterday, the sixth of July, I noticed that it wasn't postmarked until the TWENTY-NINTH of June.

As for the "thieves" comment, they had marked down the price of my flash card well before they had actually shipped it on the twenty-ninth but never once offered a partial refund. In other words, I could have saved nearly ten US dollars by just waiting a few weeks to order and I would have still gotten the package around the same time.

As for the contents of the package, they weren't exactly as described on site. The microSD card was a Kingston, but it was a cheap Chinese made version. The white text on the card was partially worn off in the package before I even opened it. Their "M3 Perfect Bundle" doesn't include as much as other site's products of the same name, but is legitimate and didn't die on day one so I can't really complain.

In all, you'd be better off buying somewhere else. Kick overcharges and you can never know when they're telling the truth.

I'm sure they'll jump on here and say something about how they did ship it but something happened at the blah blah blah but you should ignore it.

They don't care about the customer so long as they already have their money. It's absolutely disgraceful...

I give Kick Gaming a 1/100 for actually getting my package out of their warehouse on a day they weren't busy counting their money or practicing basic rudeness.

UPDATE: In light of their response, I'll say I'm willing to forgo the ten dollars as long as it means I'll never have to deal with Kick Gaming ever again. It is in no way worth the hassle."
