I had not planned but was lucky enough to order on Black Friday, November 28 and received a discount to my favor. The product arrived December 4, just five business days, not including Sunday, after I had ordered it. I was half expecting to receive it by Christmas because the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 days. As for the product it works perfectly and I am completely satisfied. Although I am somewhat shocked and disappointed that the product was missing the setup CD adding about two hours to figure out how the whole thing works. One order was misplaced because of a technical problem with Kickgaming's order printer and it was delayed two weeks. "I received M3DS Real as a gift a while ago. I was pleased with the product so asked where they got it. They were happy with the process, said they got their order in only a couple of days. So I decided to also order from Kick Gaming too. I purchased the iTouchDS and other trinkets for the second DS, just to see if they were any different (since I don't typically use the rumble pack or play many GBA games). It also arrive in just under a week.

The order process was simple and email with the tracking number was nice.

Having only briefly played with iTouchDS, I am please with the product (considering it is less expensive than M3DS Real). The iTouchDS interface is not as fancy or as many functions as M3 but found it played all the games I tried. Even played some of the games that earlier versions of the emulator M3 had trouble with.

I know many families purchasing DS's for Christmas and will be recommending buying from Kick Gaming and will iTouch for the fugal minded who just wants and easier way to play some games, like me. But the M3 is better for the heavy techie who wants more features and fun.

Would have like to see more of a comparison of the different cards they sell, but very happy I choose iTouchDS.

The other item was replaced months after purchase even though it was no longer listed as a item listed for sale.
