"I ordered the RAMOS 970 PMP, hoping to be impressed with what I have heard from the player. Kick Trading had a good deal and I went for it. Shipping was fairly priced, considering I am ordering from outside Canada, but came to my household mailbox within 5 business days, as expected. I opened the box, in good condition and was ready to play. I originally was under the impression it would come with a free pouch (based on the promo e-mail I received from Kicktrading.ca). It did not come with the pouch, but I can assume I had to add the mini pouch with the player before finalizing the order... Oh well. The only annoyance I have with the player is the small specks of dirt underneath the screen. When looking at pictures, it becomes a bother. If I gaze from a distance, then it becomes less noticeable. Overall good product, great service and delivery. Would recommend."

I was inconvenienced though because it took 20 days to receive the Perfect Bundle after I back-ordered it. It took 19 days after I back-ordered for the product to be in Kickgaming's stock. However, I think the manufacturer M3 is based in China so that's probably why it took so long for Kickgaming to get the Bundle in stock. So I think that was more M3's fault. Kickgaming immediately shipped out my Bundle as soon as they received it in stock and I got the day after they shipped it."
