"I placed an order on 1/5/2020. As of today 3/9/2020, I still have not received it. Order was suppose to be mailed out on 1/24/2020. I've called, done chats with Kingsize. They will promise a date 3 or 4 days away, but do not ship your items. Then they inform you that they can not refund your money because item is already processed and ready to be shipped. That when you receive your item you can return it. But, as of today they still have not shipped item out. Save your money and stress and don't deal with them. "

"Extremely slow shipping, it will take over a week just to ship anything, products have random sizing that do not match their generic sizing chart, they do not provide detailed sizing for each product, their customer product reviews are very generic and do not help in that department at all (suspect they are mostly fake generic reviews), chances for you having to return or exchange are very high, they have charged me $16 (cheapest standard slow shipping) for every order I had to return. "Seriously, my advice is to avoid this company at all cost. Painstakingly slow service. King Size is seriously the worst eCommerce operation I have ever seen. I ordered the item it sets in the where-house seriously for a full week before it ships. To top it off, you call customer service, that to is even worse. They act oblivious to the issues at hand and accept zero responsibility.
I ordered King Size through Amazon before (and it's fast) and it comes from Kingsize directly in Indianapolis. But if you order the same exact Item through them, it process at a snails pace. It's a joke, It's beyond absurd. Seriously don't order from them directly. If this company gave to cents about the customer. They wouldn't have 99.9% negative reviews."

"I ordered a jacket on 17 NOV 19. It was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd. When it didn't arrive, I when to the Kingsize website, got the USPS tracking number and that showed that the jacket still hadn't been given to the post office. I emailed Kingsize and was told that the new delivery date was 25 NOV 19. Once again, I went to the Kingsize website. Now the website said that the delivery would be on 30 NOV 19. I rechecked the USPS tracking number and, as before, the jacket still hadn't been given to the post office. I called the Kingsize customer support person. The person ("Alex") was very rude, asking me to repeat the order number three times. Each time "Alex" claimed that there was static on the line, though I could hear him very clearly and the only time "Alex" had difficulty, was when I gave "Alex" the order number. On the foourth try, "Alex" hung up on me. After some research, I find that Kingsize has a unenviable reputation for repeated charges to credit cards, lying about delivery dates, rude staff, and non-existant customer service. I recommend PayPal cease all business with Kingsize. "

"I’ve been a customer of king size for years. I recently place an order for shirts and they sent the wrong size. I shipped them back and now they claim they have been lost in their whse for more than 3 weeks so they refuse to issue a credit or refund. Today they shipped me the wrong size shirts back. Same exact ones I sent them. Called customer service. They said sorry it’s now been more than 60 days and we can not help u.

Wrong! The jeans didn't come close to fitting. Just use their free exchange policy . No problem right?
Wrong! When I tried to start the exchange process I read the fine print that there are no exchanges when using PayPal, only returns which are subject to a restocking fee and I pay the shipping. Ok, my bad for not reading carefully enough to begin with. I called customer service which was as nice as they could be. Told me that they would cancel the PayPal transaction and put it on my Discover card, then I could exchange it for a different cut and size without a restocking or shipping charge. They would even as a courtesy give me the same 30% discount that was only supposed to apply to my first order. The new jeans came and they fit perfectly except for needing to be hemmed which I knew about before I ordered. Great right?
Wrong! When the billing came through I was charged full Price plus shipping for the new "exchange" jeans and was refunded only $27.55 of the $35.08 that I spent on the original order. I called and a customer service supervisor said sorry but I had been misinformed and that they would retrain their personnel to see that it didn't happen again. But as for me, too bad.
Bottom line all told I am paying over $50.00 including tax and double shipping for a $24.99 pair of jeans. The bottom line is READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT before buying from King-size.com aka Kingsizedirect.com."
"If you find something you want, wait a few days to buy it because it may just go down to a cheaper price and the **** **** company will not refund the difference as most places with good business practices would. Also, if you don't like their way of doing business and you return an item then they will punish you with a $7.50 return fee plus the shipping fees.
I have easily spent better than $1000 with these people over the years, but I have just made my last purchase with them

I've been going back and forth with customer service for months trying to return the items, since I found replacements elsewhere, and now they tell me I'm out of luck since their 60 day return policy expired.
