I chose this webstore since they had a particular toilet I was looking for. They listed it cheaper than any other place on the net, but after shipping (due to freight item), the price was about the same.

The web page listed the toilet as "special order, 3-4 week lead time". I ordered knowing this. The next day I received both a telephone call and an email from Angie letting me know that this was a special order item and had a lead time of at least 3 weeks. She asked if I was still interested. I replied that I was aware of the special order and still wanted the item. I was VERY impressed that their customer service would confirm a special order.
