"This was a pretty big-ticket item to purchase without previous experience with the vendor, but we were thrilled. We custom outfitted a walk-in closet with shelves, hanging space, drawers, etc.
We placed the order on a Monday and UPS delivered 21 boxes totaling close to 700 pounds three days later.
Instructions were clear, product was in perfect condition, packaging was thoughtfully protective. We could not have been happier with this company or the product."

"I had never ordered plants for delivery before, so I was impressed and amazed at the great shape these were in. Everything was healthy and has done especially well. There could have been a little more information about timing in advance of the actual ship date, but when I called to check on things, they were very friendly and helpful."

"We've ordered three times from K&P throughout our recent home renovation -- a Blanco kitchen sink, bath accessories, lighting, etc. Everything arrived quickly and customer service was great. We did receive some damaged lights -- packaged that way from the manufacturer -- and K&P was very responsive in getting replacements out to us."
