"The whole experience of shopping for my kitchen remodel was wonderful from beginning to end. The website was easy to navigate so I found several options for the sink I was looking for as well as a range hood for my new stove. I called the 800 number because I had questions. I was never rushed or made to feel stupid with inquiries as I have been in box stores. Arlene helped with my initial questions and was very professional and nice. Jesse handled my subsequent calls to place two orders. She is a sheer delight to work with. I ordered my sink on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday! Just placed my order for the range hood and it should arrive in a week or so. I am very satisfied and will continue to shop here."
"I ordered and returned an item. I was initially credited with an amount [much] less than even the cost to ship the item back, let alone the cost of the item, and wasn’t otherwise communicated with. I wrote a scathing review, and the company informed me that a mistake had been made and changed the refund. In the end, given that I had to pay shipping for both directions, the refund bit into the cost the item a bit. I think that two things should be done to improve user experience in these scenarios: (1) tell the user exactly how much refund they will receive and why before they ship the item back, and (2) do the same thing again before you apply the refund. With these two changes to the process the customer has full knowledge of what to expect and can make informed decisions, and will be happy with the company."
"I purchased 2 very expensive vanities. The vanities are very well made, except, they furniture does not match the American plumbing system hence requiring the European version. If I can't find the proper piping, we will have to drill a large hole into the first shelf in order to make room. After several emails, I was told that there is nothing they can do because the item sent, shouldn't have been sent in the first place. If I would have known that Kithchensource appears to be a third party, I would have not ordered via the company. How about, let's work together and get this resolved or guide me accordingly, even if it's going to cost me."
"When first I wrote this review I gave the product five stars but overall only gave three stars for sending only half the order with a one word explanation “backordered”. It didn’t offer a projected delivery date, who to contact, etc.
Arlene in customer service read my review, contacted me immediately, explaining that they thought the delivery was complete. She said the order would be taken care of right away. It was and I got my completed order within a couple of days. So I would like to amend my original review. The product is still five stars, but Arlene, if I could, I’d give you six stars. Great customer service! Thank you!!"

"Products and shipment was fine. The problems start when you need to return an item. I ordered a corner lazy-Susan that was too tall after I read the online directions. After three calls to customer service I finally recieved a rude response with an RMA number. But be prepared for return shipping charges, restocking fees and a hassle. They just order products from other vendors and ship them...Ill use Amazon next time."
"Return calls took weeks. Returning a damaged item was almost impossible and return costs were huge. There is no sales department staff to help with picking out a specific product. I will never use this company again. "

"I bought two expensive items totaling $418. They were packed very badly with no padding and were unsatisfactory. When I returned them they charged me for delivery and return plus a restocking fee. Therefore, the amount they credited me was $45. They wouldn’t return my calls. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I have never had to give a bad yelp review to any other company"
