Well no... no they haven't. At least not yet anyway. I'm still waiting.
I received just one email acknowledging my order. It has been thirteen days and apparently my order has not even shipped yet.
Next time I'll find what I want at a brick and mortar or order from Amazon. At least Amazon keeps you informed and acts like they appreciate your business."

The " base " portion, bottom movable frame - was simple enough to follow the directions / althought the " set-back" was off by + - 1/8".
The bracket for the cabinet face plate was not as easy to understand. The " templates " offered had inaccurrate & confusing verbiage to determine which construction was existing.
The dimensions for installing this portion was not user friendly as there were 2 different dimensions given for the same " consideration ". Two different sheets with two different value's. This could have been related very easily if some thought were given to the directions regarding installation of the brackets.
I would rate the overall experience with a B+, with fixing the baove comment, an "A". "

"Well I am a great grandmother and knew I would have to put this Island Cart together by myself. It took me just over 4hrs but I did it and I am so pleased with myself. I was 4 screws short at the end
and I felt page 11of 15 was not helpful because it did not tell you what screws you needed for the top attachment .I left that to the end and figuted it myself. I am very happy with my kitchen Island and other than what I have mentioned I found the guide very easy to follow. I never heard of a hex screw before , that took some thinking for me. My husband is amazed I did it, He has no patience for things that have to be assembled but I am a stubborn I guess."
