"Doors are not at same height on each cabinet which is very apparent now that wall cabs are up. Some framework had to be reinforced at rear corner where the assembler cracked the wood. Because of problems with door placement we can't use crown moulding now - they want us to pay return postage and 25% restocking fee. Not worth the trouble.
If ever we did this again, would buy RTA and have my guy build them. And order no moulding, trim, fillers until job is underway."
“Hi Jschiltz! It is necessary to remove the doors during installation so the cabinets can be properly installed. Door alignment is done by loosening and tightening the screws by the hinge and is the last step of a successful kitchen installation. As for the framework damage, any damage upon receipt/prior to installation, accompanied with photo documentation, can be sent to us for replacement as per damage policies. Return policies are listed on FAQ and Terms and conditions pages on our website and they are set by manufacturer and 25% restocking fee does apply. ”
