"I had to contact the representative multiple times as she would not respond. Was told on several occasions that she would respond "tomorrow" and then no response. Also, representative put together a plan that would not allow a cabinet or drawer to open and did not mention it to me. I had to bring it to her attention and then received a response of "I was meaning to talk to you about that". Ultimately placed the order on my own as now at edge of time frame for needed cabinets."

"My only frustration is navigation of the web site, particularly movement between the ordering pages and the cart. Also, a big enhancement would be the ability to print the entire order before purchasing. This was a large order and needed thorough double checking before releasing the order. Printing it out and checking offline would have helped."
