"it was very challenging to get detailed information about items. some items did not included measurements, such as the legs. then the pantry does not describe if there is a face frame down the center or how many shelves are inside. i've reached out to the chat service at least 4 times and they are not equipped with the answer and then they want to defer me to design consultants who are only available M-F during business hours. i work during business hours, therefore when i am shopping in the evening or weekends, i want to have answers to my questions. honestly i would have purchased more items if i had the information i was looking for, but i don't want to risk having to return items so i decided to not add them to my order."

"Quality of cabinet construction (precision of cuts) was less than desired. Glides and hinges were mediocre on the RTA product I selected. Missing part has not yet been replaced. But interactions with customer service have been very responsive and helpful."

"The company needs to allow customers to talk with a representative to answer questions rather than relying on email. I found the check out process to be confusing and difficult even though I'm computer savvy. When spending $4000, more than email correspondence is normal. The order was doubled among other problems and I had to resubmit it several times. I resent having to work on the order after hours in order to meet a discount deadline. Most people would give up and not order. "
