"it was very challenging to get detailed information about items. some items did not included measurements, such as the legs. then the pantry does not describe if there is a face frame down the center or how many shelves are inside. i've reached out to the chat service at least 4 times and they are not equipped with the answer and then they want to defer me to design consultants who are only available M-F during business hours. i work during business hours, therefore when i am shopping in the evening or weekends, i want to have answers to my questions. honestly i would have purchased more items if i had the information i was looking for, but i don't want to risk having to return items so i decided to not add them to my order."

"Quality of cabinet construction (precision of cuts) was less than desired. Glides and hinges were mediocre on the RTA product I selected. Missing part has not yet been replaced. But interactions with customer service have been very responsive and helpful."

"pretty simple process. I am working my way through the RTA suppliers. When I find the one with the best quality, best service, best price I will stick with them. Install approximately 20 sets per year at the present time.

"service is very good. the one problem we have had is with the manufacturer, there packaging, quality assurance and have never heard of anyone not sending a packing list with there shipments so a customer can accurately check to see what was shipped against what was received."

"The company needs to allow customers to talk with a representative to answer questions rather than relying on email. I found the check out process to be confusing and difficult even though I'm computer savvy. When spending $4000, more than email correspondence is normal. The order was doubled among other problems and I had to resubmit it several times. I resent having to work on the order after hours in order to meet a discount deadline. Most people would give up and not order. "
