"I purchased those cabinets for a house oversea. It mean I'm responsable for the shipping and installation. Excellent delivery to my house here in N.Y. Because I bought RTA cabinets, I request that pre-assembly L type bracket be remove due to the shipping situation. Customer services stated that the manufacturer do not provide this type of request. I bought the cabinets anyway. I really believe those brackets could damage the side panels of the cabinets. It is my hope that everything will be fine. Good cabinets, good price too."

"Package was entirely to big for delivery guy to put on curb. Called customer service and was told it was my responsibility to unload from the truck. And that if I sent it back it was at my cost. I have never had a delivery been treated as such. Since I'm pregnant I had to get the neighbors to help unload from the truck. Customer service is the worst. I was offered nothing but a half assed apology. I flip houses and was looking for a regular supplier. Will not be spending money with them again. "
