"They took my money, the order never came, I recieved their bankruptcy notice today, March 15, 2010. Says that there is nothing to put a claim against. No inventory, no building, no equipment. I've been scammed don't do the same thing. Their web site is still up and taking peoples money."

I placed the order on 11/14/2009 and as of today 1/14/2010, I have not received my order. I have made a total of 9 attempts (7 tickets and 2 phone calls) to contact them. All of them ignored. "
"This Company is a total scam and they are a bunch of thieves. They maintain a nice website and all looks legit from the outside until you place an order with them. I have attempted to contact them email and phone all with no luck. They will not respond to emails with thier customer support and the phone is a scam memory full message. But they charged my credit card the day I placed my order. Now I can't even log into their website anymore, because it won't recognize my user ID and password. "This was my first time buying something online "EVER" and "OH MY" did I luck up. I purchase an item on the 12/07 and they kindly took my money on the 12/09, but where in the "HECK" is my product?. I've also email a few times and E-Support but like the rest NO RESPONSE!!. I had enough, I called my bank, the BBB the NC Attorney General Comsumer Protection Division, I contact the PR WEB page and Google as well as Amazon. "I was CHARGED $217.68 on November 2 - - - FIVE WEEKS AGO. I have asked for status, filed a 'ticket', and checked my order status on your website many times, with NO RESULTS.
Today, DEC 07, Kitchen Gadgetry's phone/voice system hung up on me repeatedly, regardless of what department I tried to contact. No one is available, all message boxes are full.

"I received my product,but forget about getting any customer service let alone communication after.
I wanted to return the product,and I had the right to do so within 30 days.On the site it said I needed to contact them about it.
I called the contact number but the voice mailbox was 'full', and was so the other subsequent 10 times I tried over a period of time.I sent an e-mail & got an open reply about a week later stating they were out of office till the next week.Then about ten days later I got another open reply staing my request had been forwarded to the appropriate dept.That was it ! nothing more no matter how many calls or e-mails.I suspect it was just a well practiced stalling technique to blow anyone off who wants to make a return off by running down the 30 day clock."

Called their 1-800 number and home office number several times but 800 number always busy and other number has full mailbox. Sent two emails to their customer service dept and received no responses. "These people are charlatans. I ordered a coffeemaker and I was sent a large box that only contained a bag of coffee filters. I have sent them emails and used their eSupport system to report my problems. After a few weeks I found they had deleted my problem ticket from their eSupport system. When I e-mailed ****@**** asking what happened to my support ticket I received a pathetic email that said "Sorry we had a glitch in our system and all tickets was deleted." Yet it seems this company never fails to run your credit card. "
" I am embarrased that I did not find these reviews before I purchased from this company. Pretty much same story, was charged right away and still no order. My bank is investigating and will receive a refund but this is ridicilous. You shouldn't have to put up with this. Why is this company allowed to stay in business I'll never know, can't call and emails go ignored. No customer service at all."
