"Below is the review I wrote on 12/25 about my experience with Kitchen and Co. It appears that I reviewed too soon! When I said good condition, I was referring to the internal condition of the packaging, which was pristine. So perfect, in fact, that I gift wrapped it unopened. Now that it has been gifted and opened, I found not only the external box and packaging perfect, but also the internal packaging absolutely perfect. However, when the actual product was removed, it was shattered. Destroyed! The difference in condition between the packaging and the product says to me that it was knowingly packaged broken. Not even sure how to begin to repackage/return it since it is so heavy and bulky, and since I have no confidence that Kitchen and Co would stand behind it anyway since I have never heard anything from them in response to my e mailed questions pre-delivery, my Facebook request for them to answer my e mail,or the below premature review!
So I guess it is a lesson learned; don't deal with this company! Hopefully someone else will learn from my experience.

Item arrived on time and in good condition. E mailed questions I sent prior to delivery were not answered. A post to the Facebook page asking them to answer my e mail was not acknowleged. I don't consider this a 4 star transaction but since I received the order, I was somewhat satisfied with the experience despite the customer service issues."
