"Order was guaranteed by friday 12/20 -- was scheduled to be delivered but it has been delayed 3 times now. Out for delivery and then back it goes to the UPS facility 25 minutes from my home. I've called to see if I could just pick up the package, but because it is on a truck out for delivery the answer has been no. However, every night is the same story....back to their facility. Maybe it isn't Kitchen & Company's fault however, I'm still waiting so I'm dissatisfied!"
