"I found myself on Black Friday shopping at the Reading China & glass outlet in Rockvale Square in Lancaster,PA. I had been looking for a bread lame in 3 other stores that day and was able to find it with the assistance of a very helpful sales associate. It was actually the first of the 4 stores that I looked for it that when I asked for it, the sales person actually knew what I was asking to buy. She took me directly to where it was hanging on the shelf and I had it in my hands so fast I was surprised not only that you had one, but that she knew what I wanted and exactly where it was in that huge store. I found her to be so knowledgeable of the store and a true assest of an employee. I checked out quickly and when I was leaving the store, saw the fermenting crocks and actually turned around and went back to the register and bought a huge crock that was made in Poland for fermenting. I hope that this information is helpful to anyone who might be looking for items that are not easy to find in other kitchen shops to not give up, but check out your stores. I could spend a week in that store and not see everything stocked there. What a great place to shop. Merchandise and sales persons are amazing and I sincerely mean just that."

"The products are exactly what I was expecting, were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I appreciated the email notifying me that my order had shipped.

However, two days prior to receiving that shipping notification, I received an AMEX email alert that my credit card had been charged for my order. I emailed Kitchen & Company to ask when my order would be shipped but did not receive a reply to my email inquiry, and this is why I only gave four stars.
