"I used reviewfinder.com to identify the best manufacturer of bookshelf speakers. Klipsch absolutely dominates the industry in customer satisfaction as measured by their Consumer Score. This includes everything from home cinema systems to wireless and powered speakers. I selected the speaker pair I wanted and searched for prices offered by resellers, only to be delighted that Klipsch offered a lower price than many authorized dealers! Klipsch also doesn't ship returned products as new, unlike even the most reputable dealers. I also like buying direct from manufacturers because they always pack their products better than even the most reputable resellers. After all, nobody cares more about their products than the manufacturer! So, I placed my order direct with Klipsch and waited, since the product was backordered. I received my new Klipsch speakers on schedule, packed in a shipping box, with the factory sealed product box inside. Wonderful! That was just the beginning of a glorious experience with Klipsch products, my first. These speakers exceed my expectations in every way. I am astonished by the sensitivity and efficiency of these speakers. I use a tiny Class D power amplifier that I can hold in the palm of my hand to power them and it operates at an extremely low output to produce amazing sound levels. Although I highly compress the sound of streamed movies and TV shows, the detail and intelligibility of dialogue are astounding! I highly recommend Klipsch products, as well as buying them direct from the manufacturer website."

I have received one email saying that they are experience high call volumes and someone would get back to me, that was almost a month ago. Have sent 2 more emails and still zero response! Would keep in mind when purchasing their products!"
"I had been looking at a variety of Klipsch sub woofers for a little while. I ordered one and submitted the payment information. Within seconds I realized I’d ordered the wrong one. This cannot be undone. You cannot cancel an order, you cannot edit an order, you cannot do anything but wait for it and then return it. It’s not even due to ship fir days and they will not cancel it. This is a terrible way to conduct business. I would highly recommend that you don’t purchase direct from Klipsch. I don’t even care how good or bad their products are . There customer service and policies are the worst "

"I purchased a THX system and it was AWSOME!!! No complaints and I've had it for at least 7 years. Superior quality no doubt. My daughter blew the sub woofer out because she had the bass volume up with the regular volume. Teenagers! Anyway the problem I have is the same one I had when helping a friend to buy the same system. There CUSTOMER SERVICE ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. For starters they dont have a 24 hr support line. Not to mention that if you're on the westcoast as I am and contact them after 3:00pm you're **** out of luck! and if thats not good enough, everytiome you do finally reach someone, they dont have the answer or the know how to fix the problem . They always bounce you around. So it will typically take a few days unless you got hours to blow, to resolve the issue. LOVE There products HATE there care and respect for there customer. You're better buying from "PIONEER" or some other old school kick **** company who understands the importance of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! who got it right a long time ago!!!

Then got an email that i have reorder the web-site dropped items. then the price changed to higher price. No response for price adjustment.
Finally, i decided to cancel the order.

"I ordered 2 rear channel surround speakers with an estimated delivery date of 1-3 business days. Today is the 3rd business day and it has not even been packaged for delivery by the fulfillment company. I called Klipsch support and they literally answered every question with "No". That was it, no explaination, no apology, nothing. Can you give me an updated delivery date? "No". Can you expedite the shipping since it's already past the promised delivery date? "No". Never again will I purchase from the Klipsch website. I just wish the speakers weren't so damn good, I would avoid the company altogether. "
"I had questions about my potential order, before I went and spent over a grand on their speakers. The first email from their very own webform bounced back as undeliverable. The next, I tried sending to an address I found on the website, no response. I decided to go ahead and execute the order, since the promo was pretty decent. The next day they canceled the promotional part of my order... It was suddenly "out of stock". So I just canceled my entire order. If this is how they treat a new customer, I'd hate to see their product support! "
"My subwoofer quit working exactly 1 year (right when the warrantee expired. The response I got was, Too Bad. Guess I should have bought an extended warrantee... I used the system very little the year I got it and really must have been defective for it to quit with such little use. "
"Bought Klipsch Image One headphones from World Wide Stereo. Earpads started falling off when within warranty. Called twice was laughed at and though they promised a replacement they did not send one. Filed a complaint with BBB and they still would not send me a replacement. Very shady company inferior products."
"Ordered Klipsch Image S4i-II Black In-Ear Headphones back in January off of Amazon Prime via the first seller. Headphones worked great and had phenomenal, well rounded sound quality: crisp highs, low lows. In fact, I loved my first pair (which was replaced under warranty) so much that I bought a SECOND pair. I wish I could say that my experience with the second pair of headphones was just as good..... but NOPE.
After a month or two the headphones stopped working out of one ear under NORMAL USE. Because this second pair was ordered from their phenomenally large list of "unauthorized dealers," the warranty is voided and they will not honor THEIR faulty product. I had no issues with returning my first pair so checking Klipsch's fine print was not of priority. I have NEVER had a company NOT HONOR WARRANTY based on where the new/ unopened product was bought from.
My experience with Klipsch products HAD been great. A company should stand behind their products, especially when the products are as expensive as Klipsch's. I would not recommend purchasing KLIPSCH products regardless of if it is from an authorized dealer because all companies should to stand behind their products!
