Excellent in Every Way!
"I placed one of many orders over time with Home Depot and unfortunately, had a problem with this one that was my own fault. The customer service department, nevertheless, resolved my issue in the most excellent way possible. I am truly impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service I received. I will now make Home Depot my go-to source for everything they offer. Excellent product, excellent service! After reading other reviews, please be aware that the people who install appliances for *all* mass retailers haven't received factory training. If you want and expect professional installation, then you should probably pay the extra amount required to receive it from a factory-trained installer."

The Best Products in the World at Outstanding Value
"I used reviewfinder.com to identify the best manufacturer of bookshelf speakers. Klipsch absolutely dominates the industry in customer satisfaction as measured by their Consumer Score. This includes everything from home cinema systems to wireless and powered speakers. I selected the speaker pair I wanted and searched for prices offered by resellers, only to be delighted that Klipsch offered a lower price than many authorized dealers! Klipsch also doesn't ship returned products as new, unlike even the most reputable dealers. I also like buying direct from manufacturers because they always pack their products better than even the most reputable resellers. After all, nobody cares more about their products than the manufacturer! So, I placed my order direct with Klipsch and waited, since the product was backordered. I received my new Klipsch speakers on schedule, packed in a shipping box, with the factory sealed product box inside. Wonderful! That was just the beginning of a glorious experience with Klipsch products, my first. These speakers exceed my expectations in every way. I am astonished by the sensitivity and efficiency of these speakers. I use a tiny Class D power amplifier that I can hold in the palm of my hand to power them and it operates at an extremely low output to produce amazing sound levels. Although I highly compress the sound of streamed movies and TV shows, the detail and intelligibility of dialogue are astounding! I highly recommend Klipsch products, as well as buying them direct from the manufacturer website."

The Best Place to Buy Berkey Water Filters
"I needed a set of Black Berkey replacement elements and numerous replacement parts for my Berkey water system. Since there's so much competition in this retail space, vendors that only sell water filters operate on low margins and as a result, tend to provide poor service and use questionable business practices. Of course, it's extremely unwise to buy anything that touches food from Amazon, because of their inventory policies that result in high percentages of counterfeit products getting shipped. I've always purchased Berkey products from Pleasant Hill Grain, because of these reasons. I was delighted to find that they were the only source that had every single Berkey product that I needed, in stock and ready to ship. Not even Berkey had what I needed in stock! I'm glad that Pleasant Hill Grain makes it difficult for customers to return products, as I would never want to use a water filter element that someone else had returned! As usual, I received all the genuine Berkey products I needed, well packed and factory fresh. I highly recommend Pleasant Hill Grain as the best place to buy Berkey water filters, replacement elements and parts!"

Excellent Quality and Value
"I use the consumer ratings on Amazon to find the best manufacturers of the highest quality products. So, when I needed some Cat 6 Ethernet cables, I went there. Amazingly, Cable Matters had higher user satisfaction ratings than anyone else in the industry. This is especially significant because the company also offers the best prices in the industry! Although I use Amazon to find products, I don't order from there, because of all the counterfeit products they ship. So, I ordered what I needed direct from Cable Matters and paid for delivery, so I would know I was getting genuine Cable Matters cables. I was delightfully surprised that the cables I received are of higher quality than any other Ethernet cables I've ever seen. Even when factoring in shipping costs, they represent incredible value. Bravo, Cable Matters! You really do live up to your name!"

Worst On The Planet
"I needed to buy a networking device, so I placed the order directly with Netgear. That began the nightmare. Although their website got my billing address right, it refused to accept the exact same address for shipping! The site didn't reveal this until after I had placed my order. So, I called their customer service. It turns out that Netgear uses Google Maps to validate shipping addresses. One of my areas of expertise is geographic information systems and I can say with authority that Google Maps is a toy that should absolutely never be used for validating shipping addresses! After the customer service representative consulted Google Maps to verify what I already knew, I was assured there was no way to correct the issue, so I cancelled the order. The top ratings in PC Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards for networking equipment in both categories they cover goes to the competing TP-Link brand as being of much higher quality than anything else on the market. I found what I need on their website and it's even a fraction of the price of the competing Netgear product! The gross incompetence and lack of judgement demonstrated by Netgear management in this matter has lead me to never trust them in anything, ever again."

The Distributor From Hell
"I normally buy from Emerson Ecologics, but after Natural Partners sent me three spam emails in one day offering deep discounts, I placed an order. This was despite my previous bad experiences with them. The company was founded by one of the original officers of PetSmart and perhaps as a result, Natural Partners employees are encouraged to bring their pets to work. I have received products from them that were covered in animal fur. Their website once featured an interior photo of the company warehouse, which looked filthy, including stains on the floor. Contrast this with Emerson Ecologics, which is NSF certified to distribute refrigerated and frozen medical products, that absolutely must be stored and shipped in compliance with extremely strict standards, for not only hygiene, but also temperature and humidity. In my experience, actually receiving an order from Natural Partners that is fulfilled accurately is a rarity. In fact, they typically manage to screw up their efforts to fix an original error, which usually requires yet another attempt to correct their correction, which is sometimes also wrong. A few years ago, the company experienced an expansion, when they created their Conflict Resolution Department, in an attempt to manage the consequences of their own *. The Natural Partners website once featured a photograph of a member of their executive management team who appeared to be a *, wearing three neckties. This represents the level of professionalism and competency that anyone who does business with them can expect. So, after being barraged with spam emails, I placed my order. A short time later, instead of receiving an order verification, I got an email stating that Natural Partners had not yet received my credentials, which they required to be on file and approved, before orders could be processed. This is despite me meeting all their requirements and being a customer for a decade! After experiencing the abject * of Natural Partners through the years, I have a pretty good idea why I received this email. They probably were caught by manufacturers selling large volumes of products to * players who then channeled these goods into the grey market. Now, they're reacting to outrage from their suppliers by targeting customers who obviously couldn't be involved in this activity. This is typical of the * way Natural Partners operates. Upon receiving the first email, I called to speak with the Compliance Specialist who demanded my papers, but was told this individual didn't have telephone access, which apparently means this function has been outsourced. Three days later, I have received an email message informing me that my order has been canceled. But, I still have the opportunity to comply with their requirements, which I have already been in compliance with for a decade. They also apologize for the inconvenience of tying up my credit balance with a pre-approval for the entire amount of my order. In addition, at such time as I decide to become compliant, I can place my order again, without the discount offered on the original order, of course. If you love drama, you will absolutely love Natural Partners! If you love relying on business partners who are *, overbearing *, you will love Natural Partners! Or, you can just buy from Emerson Ecologics, instead. * Redacted to avoid a libel lawsuit."

Stay Far Away
"I had used Fiverr in the past with mixed results but, "You get what you pay for." As others have said, sellers do leverage their positions to coerce additional payments from buyers in ways that are abusive. I had never used Fiverr customer service until now. I was locked out of my account and required assistance, only to be told to wait 24 hours. The representative was not only incompetent but very arrogant. I am still locked out and no one will even respond to my support ticket. I'm actually grateful. Given my experiences and those of others who have left reviews here, I'm better off never doing business with Fiverr again. You shouldn't either."

Horrible Experience. Employees Retaliate If A Customer Complains.
"Office Depot does not have an order fulfillment center. Online orders are picked and packed for delivery at their retail stores. The order I received was horribly packed. There was no packing material in the main shipping box and my merchandise was pummeled along its entire delivery route. The second package I received had its contents protruding from the shipping package upon arrival. I ordered a replacement for the product in the second box and had the representative add notes to the replacement order requesting that the merchandise be better packed. The employees at the store that shipped the order didn't like this a retaliated in a disgusting manner. This type of employee behavior is a hallmark of an organization with horrible management. The company's inventory tracking is so bad that their customer service representatives don't even know what was shipped to fulfill orders. Stay away from Office Depot!"

Horrible Organization
"I signed up with Rakuten Marketing in a business relationship. I knew Rakuten had a bad reputation and I had seen them acquire Buy.com years ago and completely destroy it. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to try to do business with them. Huge mistake! They quickly confirmed my worst fears, decimating our relationship in just a matter of hours! What genuinely surprised me was that they did this capriciously, with no warning at all. I'm just grateful that I didn't invest more in the arrangement than I did. If I had let them string me along for months before this happened, it could have been truly devastating. I've tried to contact Rakuten, but they don't even have the basic decency to respond. This is one of the most psychopathic organizations I've ever encountered. Don't think you have no choice but to try to do business with them. You do. Anyone who chooses to trust Rakuten with even a simple transaction has been warned."

Vitacost does absolutely everything right
"I love Vitacost! My family has eliminated going to the supermarket, except for purchasing perishables, by ordering all our food from Vitacost. Vitacost has had Kroger Simple Truth products on sale for 20% less than the price at Kroger. I'm able to get the very best food products from around the world, from a single source, by shopping at Vitacost. They carefully pack orders and their free shipping is fast. When I've had a problem with a product, Vitacost has instantly issued a refund. I have requested that they begin offering several products and they have done so. Vitacost offers an incredible selection of food products and nutritional supplements, great prices and special offers, fast service and excellent customer service. Vitacost is very highly recommended!"

"I contracted to do business with Buyer's Best Friend in October of 2016. The company agreed to create a listing for me on their website within 90 to 120 days. After hearing nothing from them for 5 months, I attempted to contact them numerous times, by a number of different means, with no response. Buyer's Best Friend is in default of their contract with me and they don't even have the courtesy to communicate with me. Former employees have very bad things to say about Buyer's Best Friend. Do not do business with Buyer's Best Friend. They cannot be trusted!"

"Trying to do business with Biomic Sciences results in a catastrophic failure at every level. The entire product distribution function at the company is a colossal, miserable failure. Don't attempt to order using their website, because your transaction will fail. Don't bother calling Biomic Sciences, because no one at the company cares. They will attempt to make their failure your fault. The indifference and apathy of the company's employees is appalling. Don't try contacting their payment processor, because no telephone number exists. This is in the context of a burgeoning marketplace of payment processors. How any business could survive while making such profoundly horrible decisions is beyond rational explanation. The level of utter incompetence demonstrated by the management of Biomic Sciences in the simple task of accepting payments casts doubt on the quality and efficacy of their only product. Do not attempt to do business with Biomic Sciences. You've been warned."

Epic Fail!
"I began at annualcreditreport.com to get my credit reports that Equifax, Experian and TransUnion are required by federal law to provide each year. The other two credit bureaus complied with my request with an amazing efficiency and level of service. Not so, Equifax. They require that I print and mail a paper form along with the documents they demand in order to gain access to my credit report that they are required by law to provide to me. Nice way to abrogate your legal responsibility, Equifax!"

"I ordered a replacement part for a refrigerator from RepairClinic based on their "Highly Rated" status on ResellerRatings. RepairClinic offers very competitive pricing, when you factor in the low prices charged for shipping. They have an exceptional website that makes doing business with them extremely easy and I quickly found the part I needed. During checkout, I was presented with several shipping options, with the cost and expected delivery times clearly specified for each. I selected the least expensive option, with a delivery date of January 27-28. My order was completed on January 20 at 6:39 pm and I immediately received a confirmation email. To my surprise, I received another email at 8:00 pm advising me that my order had already been shipped and providing a tracking link. To my delight, I received my order on Saturday, January 24, at least three days ahead of schedule! Unlike their competitors, RepairClinic had packed my order with great care, in a box -- not an envelope -- with ample padding material. The part was a pristine, genuine factory part. This is one of the very finest businesses I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing. RepairClinic is highly recommended."

"I used Google Shopping to find the print cartridge I wanted at PrintCountry. On their product page is a full-width banner ad reading: "Coming from Google? Use the Coupon code GGL5OFF to Get 5% Off your Order." After attempting to apply this coupon code in their shopping cart, I got this message: "The coupon GGL5OFF is expired." The banner ad with the coupon code offer still displays on the page notifying me that the coupon has expired! I tried calling their customer service number during their normal business hours and just got their voice mail. My experience with PrintCountry has been a bad one."
