"HORRIBLE! Kneedraggers is simply not what it used to be. I ordered a Zero Gravity windscreen from them 01/18/12, received it a few days later with very small hairline cracks in the screen more than likely caused in manufacturing process. So I sent the screen back, they received it on 02/01/12. Now I am here 34 days, after 5, not even exaggerating but 5 phone calls later promises after promises each week I'd have a refund and I still out of my almost $100 spent on the screen with return shipping that I had to pay for. Simply UNACCEPTABLE I have been more than patient with Kneedraggers, but I had no choice but to dispute this on my credit card since they couldn't handle a simple task of refunding my money. I will NEVER order from Kneedraggers again, next time I'll just stick to either Sportbike Track Gear or Rider Superstore."
"KneeDraggers is fabulous! Their website is filled with information and fairly easy to navigate. Their customer service is also great and they answer your questions honestly and try to help you get exactly what you need. I ordered a bike jacket for my husband for Christmas with not very many shopping days left. I called the customer service line and the gentlemen I spoke with helped me with the availablity of the product I was looking at and also helped me decide the best way to get it shipped so it would arrive on time for Christmas. He was very polite and answered all of my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I will be ordering all gear from KneeFraggers in the future because they offer quality products at competitive prices and are very polite and professional."

I would say that they only gave me one tracking #, but the items were shipped from at least three different places and did not all show up at the same time, but once the first package was delivered the tracking # showed "delivered". "WOW, I'm not sure what's going on over there but they shafted my order. I ordered LSL frame sliders. They arrived but unfortunately I had to be out of town for a the days UPS tried to deliver. As the package was automatically shipped back, I contacted K.D. and they said that they would be resent back to me immediately upon arrival. About 2 weeks later after I send them an email asking where my sliders are, Dave Keogh responded that they are sending me a check instead."
" I've ordered the 1 XKL5 CL BRAKES(front)and 2 RX3 CL BRAKES brake pads for my 2004 Kawasaki zx12r. though will be fine to order TWO front brake pads but when the item arrived only have enough for 1 side of the caliper. so means in order to change the whole front brake pads i have to order 4 total. I would say should show more clearly on the site or on the description saying that: if change the whole front brake pads have to order 4 of em. situation like me right now i cant just change the pads because i dont have enough new pads to replace the front pads."
