"Terrible!!!!! I ordered the jacket on 12/15/11, and also paid for extra shipping in order to get the item before 12/24/11. The company guaranteed!!!! On 12/16/11 its showed on the invoice that my item had shipped but no tracking number provided. I'd been waiting for my item everyday until 12/23/11. I still didnt get it, so i decided to call the company. I was put on hold for about an hour, and got no help from no one. If you guys cannot do as promise to customers, do not guarantee anything especially big holiday like Christmas. Do not try to compete with other companies if you are not capable to do so. You really disappoint customers."
