"I placed the order on 2 Sept. 09. The item at the time of order showed "in stock". Order was shipped out 15 Sept 09 and received 22 Sept. 09. Email notifications and tracking were provided. In my opinion, Kneedraggers.com's prices are competitive to other online retailers and they do have a great variety ( I do love that they categorize female specific items to make searching easier). Their S&H charges to my location (Guam) seem excessive compared to other purchases (comparable in size and weight) that I have made from other online retailers. Finally, processing time for an "in stock" item was long; I was not updated at any time to say the item was back-ordered or that there was a problem with my order to account for this delay. Overall, not a bad experience. I am grateful that they ship to my location even if it takes a bit longer than other online retailers. "Shipping took much longer than I had expected, it was almost a week before the order was processed, and another week before the ups received it. Because of this I was inconvenienced for about 3 days. I happen to believe had I placed this order with another store I would have had it much sooner. "

"Love the available selection on a wide range of parts for my bike(2003 GSX-R 750). Prices are reasonable if compared by shopping experience. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to ship my order to my duty station because it was a first time order. I had to ship it home first, then have a family member ship it back to me. I know its for security purposes, but I think there should be some sort of verification process that way you can cut down on fraud and when a service member needs something shipped they don't have to go thru that much of a process and can cut down on wait time because the billing is opposite of shipping address. Other than that I am waiting on my stuff to get here but so far so good. Can't wait to get my stuff!!"

"This is the worst shop ever! I ordered several items and one of them was missing parts. I was able to tell that without even opening it because of the clear plastic it was wrapped in. The other part was not even for my bike. Their listing says that it is for my make and model and the label that they put on says that it is but the MANUFACTURER label says otherwise. There's also the fact that you can visually tell that it won't fit. I tried to explain that to KneeDraggers and still till this day have gotten no response or any type of resolution on the matter. I did however get a "there was an issue with shipping" statement from them but clearly that doesn't say anything. On top of that, customer service was extremely abrasive and unhelpful. Shipping was extremely slow. After I resolve my missing and wrong parts issue, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! "
