"This was my first order through KneeDraggers, but will definitely not be my last. The site is easy to navigate, and the fact that the sizing charts for gear are easy to get to, and not simply a note stating "Please see manufacturer's website for sizing info", makes a huge difference. Once my order was placed, I was contacted because one of the items was not in stock and I chose to just go with a different item in its place. They updated my order right then, and I got the email notification that it had been processed. It did take a 2-3 days before the package shipped, but that's to be expected with online shops that drop ship orders. Actually, compared to a few other places I've ordered from in the past 2-3 for a drop shipped package is pretty quick. I'm extremely happy with my experience with KneeDraggers and will be posting about it on the motorcycle forums I belong to. "I had purchased a set of Nelson Rigg saddlebags from KneeDraggers. The whole experience was very positive. My order was shipped promptly. The only thing I would suggest is that KneeDraggers could specify more pricesely in their online catalogue exactly which Nelson Rigg bags they were selling. This was a tad difficult for me to decipher (Nelson Rigg have a handful of saddlebags that are very similar).
