"At this point I think this company is a scam. I place an order for a knife they had “available” on their site. This was on 2/8 and it’s now 2/19 and the site is still showing my item as “processing”. They haven’t answered or returned my calls or emails. I chose this site to save about $5-10 on a knife. Take my advice, it’s not worth it. I’m pretty sure my money is gone and I’ll never see the knife. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. And if it’s not a scam, it’s a horrible business they will not get another penny from me. "

"I ordered a knife from them for a gift. It was in stock and was to be shipped the "same or next day" with 2 day express shipping.
Fast forward almost 2 WEEKS and my order is still "processing". I've called, left msgs and sent emails numerous times with absolutely no response. These people are crooks. I'm beyond disgusted. Spread the word."
"It looks like a real website. I made the mistake of not checking the url for https:// before buying because i assumed that since the site used Paypal, that it was a safe site. Notice, if you go to knifesupply.com the url is www.knivesupply.com... I made the purchase like an idiot and later checked Paypal since there was no further contact from the "company".... Underneath seller information the company is labeled as Ability web services, Inc.. with the contact email as ****@****,,,, For real?? There is no legit company on the earth with a yahoo email. My first hint that this company was fraudulent.
The other hint was that the website is copy and paste from another website, namely, knifeworks.com ( which is a legit company if you are interested in purchasing a knife)
Finally, I purchased 2-day priority shipping last 6 days ago, and still have not received an email saying that the item was shipped. I sent multiple emails without response, and I left multiple phone messages. No contact or response was received.
Looking on this website I was very surprised to find anybody on here rating the company 5 stars. These 5 star "great company" ratings are fake to the extreme, made by people who hope you will fall for the scam.
I was excited to buy my brother his dream knife for his birthday, but failed to check my sources and the website. Not only is this website clever in it's structure, it is insidious in that it claims to have customer service without anyone picking up the line on the other side. As this is the case, I now have to wait to purchase a knife from a different website, I have missed my brother's birthday and I was scammed on top of it. reaaaaaallly greeeeeaaat weeeebbbsiiiiite (sarcasm meant).
Take it from someone who fell for this scam, please avoid this site.. although you are probably reading this after the fact. I feel sorry for whoever fell for it and I can only say that I sympathize and that you are not stupid, there are just really evil people in the world and the people who made this website are composed of them."
"The knife I was trying to order had been discontinued for about a year. Knife supply showed it in stock, allowed me to purchase it all the while knowing that they did not actually have it in stock and were unable to get more as it is a discontinued item. No one notified me that it was not actually available. A week after I "purchased" it, having received no notification from Knife Supply at all, I contacted them. A week after that I was notified that the item was out of stock an unavailable as it was discontinued. If Knife Supply had not fraudulently left the out of stock item on their website and waited 2 weeks to inform me it was unavailable, I might have been able to purchase one somewhere else. As it stands, I have no knife and the other retailer that had one is now out of stock. Unfortunately, this is becoming a trend with online retailers, pretend to have an item in stock and hope to get some in stock before the customer realizes that he/she should have bought the item elsewhere. Knife Supply is now on my list of retailers that will never get a penny from me."

" BAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KNIFE SUPPLY: buyers be warned. knife supply sent me wrong product and now expect me to pay return international shipping at double the cost of item, which is ridiculous. Pay Pal also do not help as they insist I send product back at my expense. Knife supply customer service is ignorant and useless and hide behind Pay Pal policies. So far I have lost $120 on this buy from Knife Supply and they expect me to lose another $90 in shipping to return item. So maybe I will pay this $90 for the joy of dealing with Knife Supply even when I have nothing . Good deal Knife Supply. I will never buy from them again and warn people, especially international buyers to fins a more reputable business than these as this is a nightmare purchase."
