"Sadly, I was able to purchase an item "in stock" only to be sent an e-mail the following morning at 9:30 stating item was not in stock. There would be a new shipment expected in a "few weeks", which is not helpful for a Christmas gift. I was given the option to cancel the order which I did. "
"I placed my order because there was a guarantee to get it by Christmas on Dec. 16th. I didn't recieve the items until the 29th. The emails I sent were not completely answered as to when I would recieve my items. Also when I placed the order it said all items were in stock however when I got the package on the slip it said back ordered next to one item. This was never explained to me with any emails. I still don't know when to expect the item. I never complain but I was extremely disappointed. I had to run out and find my husband new gifts Christmas Eve so he would have something to open."
