"The first thing you see on their page is the central "free shipping over $30". When you place your order you get the fine print that this only applies to orders under a half pound.
This annoys or angers customers. Put the small print up front or drop the weight requirement.
Update: The company went so far as to call me and I made the suggestion above in person. I'm impressed they took action. I will place another order and see how things go (I collect knives).
