"On Sept 16, I ordered 10 of the same item but subsequently was told the item was on back-order. I was asked whether I would like to wait and replied in the affirmative. On November 4, I was informed that the item had been discontinued and that a refund was to be issued. Today, three weeks later, your inquiry concerning my satisfaction prompted me to check the manufacturer's web site where I was able to order the item for delivery in a little over two weeks."
