"My order arrived as promised and the quality of the Glestain that I ordered, was congruent to how it was advertised. The packaging was considerate to protecting the purchase and my personal experience using the Glestain was great! The pricing if the item could be a little lower, but is still more affordable that traditional handmade Japanese steel knives, such as where Matsuharu Morimoto (Iron Chef) gets his knives. The steel of this product is a 440C, which is ideal for cutlery due to it's carbon content. The website is easy to navigate, but could use greater variety. Purchasing process was typical and easy to complete. Confirmation of purchase sent to email was prompt and adequately detailed. I would consider buying from here again."
