"I'm a young cook who received a Kikuichi Warikomi Gold 8 in. Gyuto from my parents as a birthday present from knife merchant. The blade is amazing, and I purchased two whetstones from knife merchant to maintain the blade. There was a shipping issue and the post office sent the whetstones back to knife merchant. I contacted knife merchant and they immediately sent the stones back within 2 days of my contacting them. As a young cook working hard on his own I really appreciated the great customer service and the quality of knife merchant's products.
